Dark red alpaca/wool mix keyhole scarf

You may have been watching Agatha Christie's 'Miss Marple' on the TV on a wet and raining Sunday afternoon, admiring her knitting and sleuthing ability, and spotted the little forties style scarflette that she sometimes wears around her neck.

I've recreated the Miss Marple scarf using a 1940s pattern for inspiration, and of course, one of today's modern and luxurious alpaca wool mix yarns.

The scarf fits nicely round an average lady's neck, one end of the scarf is tucked through the keyhole loop a bit like a bow tie to sit neatly under a coat or jacket without any flapping ends!

The scarf will keep your neck toasty warm as it has a 65% wool 35% alpaca content and will add a bit of luxury to a dreary and dull day.

The scarf is hand wash only and needs to be swished in warm water in true vintage style.

The scarf measures approximately 70cm (27") in length and 9cm (3.5") In width, but it can be folded down at the back for a narrower fit. I have other scarflettes in different  colours in my shop so why not pop in and take a look?
